• The name of the item(s) you wish to return.
• The reason for the return (e.g., defective, wrong item, changed mind, etc.).

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be new, unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging, with all original tags, labels, and accessories included.

Return Shipping Costs

To ensure transparency, our return shipping cost policy is as follows:

• Defective or Damaged Products: SokoPet covers the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
• Customer Remorse: If you simply wish to return the product (changed mind, ordered the wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice shipping damage, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim.

Refunds
