At SokoPet, we are committed to providing you and your pets with high-quality products. We adhere to a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact our support team at support@sokopet.com.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your full name and Order Number.
- The name of the item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return (e.g., defective, wrong item, changed mind, etc.).
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be new, unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all original tags, labels, and accessories included.
Return Shipping Costs
To ensure transparency, our return shipping cost policy is as follows:
- Defective or Damaged Products: SokoPet covers the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Customer Remorse: If you simply wish to return the product (changed mind, ordered the wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice shipping damage, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim.
If the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, you are covered under our 30-day return window. Please contact us at support@sokopet.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We are happy to facilitate exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item following the process above. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
